I’m Amy Kiernan — coach, consultant, and former Twitter leader with 20 years of experience in global sales, leadership, and strategy.

I founded UpLevel Coaching & Consulting to help ambitious, thoughtful people and businesses grow in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and real.

After two decades in sales & leadership and steering teams through high-stakes scaling and transformation, I know that true success doesn’t start with tactics — it starts within.

Today, I work with leaders, professionals, and values-driven teams through high-impact coaching and human-centered consulting — helping them build calm, confident leadership, stronger sales foundations, and meaningful, lasting growth.

My background

Before founding UpLevel, I spent 11 years at Twitter/X in sales, strategy & leadership roles where I led through empathy, candour and a focus on learning and development. I steered my team through massive growth, complex transitions, and one of the most high-profile acquisitions in tech history.

With 20 years of experience in sales & leadership, including recognition as an award-winning sales professional and Presidents Club winner, I bring deep, real-world expertise to the people and businesses I support.

I’m a Certified Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with advanced executive education from Adler, Harvard Business School, and The Wharton School. I'm also completing a Master’s Degree in Management Coaching, with a research focus on confidence and leadership development.

My clients include senior leaders from companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok, as well as ambitious founders building the next generation of businesses.
